I have lost my password how can retrieve it? In what format do I receive my audio messages? Audio messages are formatted into .wav audio files. Can I record my own voicemail greeting? Sorry, No. We have set voicemail messages, however we may add this service in the future, so we will let you know if we do! How do I get my messages? When a caller leaves a message we automatically forward it attached to an email to your nominated address. Can I receive SMS texts on my number? No, this currently a voicemail service only. Are you sure it won´t cost me anything? There are no costs involved for you at all for setting up and receiving messages on your Flirt Divert 4u number. Is my number just for me? Yes, every applicant is given their own unique Flirt Divert 4u number. Is there a minimum age to apply for a number? Yes we will only issue Flirt Divert 4u numbers to individuals 13 years and over. If I live abroad, can I apply for a number? Yes you can, although callers can only call your Flirt Divert 4u number from the UK. Can I apply for more than one number? Yes, you can apply for more than one number although we do limit you to a maximum of 5 numbers for any single email address. How many people can I give my number to? You can give your number to as many people as you like. Should I give my number to friends and family? We suggest not. This is a voicemail service only and friends and family may want to get hold of you in an emergency. Can I listen to my messages directly from my phone? Unfortunately not, unless you receive your email on your phone. Our technology only allows for the messages to be forwarded to your nominated email address. How do I play my messages? Almost all computers are able to play .wav files. Simply listen to the audio file in the normal way. How do I change my email address? Click Here to change an email address What happens if I don´t use my number? There are no minimum usage requirements, however we do reserve the right to cancel & re-allocate your number if it has not been used in a 6 month period. How do I turn off my number?
